SENIOR RESEARCH SCIENTIST, ANALYTICAL DEVELOPMENT

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Type: Full time

Description: The Senior Research Scientist, Analytical Development is responsible for comprehensive analytical development activities for drug substances and drug products, provides guidance and training to Research Scientists, and develops and validates analytical methods for external and internal projects. In addition, he/she works in a regulated environment (cGMP), and follows Standard Operating Procedures and all applicable compendial, ICH and regulatory guidelines.

REGULATORY AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Type: Full time

Description: The Regulatory Affairs Associate develops and implements processes for ANDA and ANDS compilation for products in the US and Canada. Key duties include compiling dossiers from various sources, collaborating with artwork designers to ensure regulatory compliance, and managing post-marketing reporting and FDA communications. The role involves cross-team collaboration to align dossiers with business objectives and prepare Standard Operating Procedures. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective collaboration.

OFFICE MANAGER AND HR SPECIALIST

Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Type: Full time

Description: As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. You will support the organization’s finance functions by maintaining up-to-date personnel records, managing internal databases and insider information lists, coordinating with team members, external partners, and government agencies and handling expenses.
